We ship WORLDWIDE. In the case that the postal service cannot reach your country due to temporary of longer-lasting circumstances or events, I will let you know and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order, choose another shipping method or have us hold your items until the postal route resumes. We offer the following delivery methods: —Taiwan Post— Affordable shipping method for all packages. Tracking number and tracking available. Insurable to most countries, but uninsurable to some. Delivery time approximately 3 weeks. Limited support if your parcel is returned, lost or damaged. —Taiwan EMS— Slightly more expensive but reliable shipping method for all packages. Available to all countries worldwide. Tracking number and tracking available. Insurable to most countries. Delivery time approximately 1 week. —Private Courier— UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc. A little more expensive than EMS but faster, reliable and trackable. Delivery time 3 to 5 days.

The second payment is for all shipping and handling fees that occur after the first payment. This includes any local shipping fee inside the originating country of the goods, shipping fee from the originating country to me and international shipping fee to you. This also includes a handling fee to cover packaging materials, warehouse rentals, car rentals, etc. IN SOME CASES, due to the nature of the order at hand, there could be three payments. It will be stated in the listing on if that is the case. —Taiwan Orders— Goods originating in Taiwan will most likely be free local shipping if purchased in bulk. For individual requests off of shopee, ruten, 7-11 netorders, etc., there is usually a local shipping fee of NT$45-NT$120 depending on cargo size and weight. —China Orders— Most goods originating from China will be free shipping locally unless it's an individual request from Taobao, TMall, Xianyu, etc. Shipping from China to us is approximately NT$60 per kilogram. —Japan Orders— Goods originating from Japan will usually have a local shipping cost unless purchased in bulk or over a certain amount and a bank transfer fee of around NT$70. Shipping from Japan to us is approximately NT$18-28 per 100g. —Korea Orders— Goods originating from Korea will usually have a local shipping cost unless purchased in bulk or over a certain amount. Shipping from Korea to us is approximately NT$20-25 per 100g.

A full refund will be issued for items that are out of stock or otherwise unattainable. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund, excluding any third-party payment fees, will only be issued if your order has not been processed. If you wish to cancel an order that has been processed, a cancellation fee of 35% of the total of your order will be applied. If you receive a defective item, or if something is missing from your package, please reach out to us as soon as possible with an uncut and uninterrupted video of the opening of your package. We will replace or refund the item accordingly.

Although we strive to hasten our delivery time, please note that all orders currently have a minimum wait time of 1 to 3 months from release date before we are able to begin delivery preparations. If you are unable to wait, please do not purchase. Although we avoid purchasing from suspicious or unofficial stores in most situations, in the case that the seller you request to purchase from is a scammer, we are not responsible and unfortunately no refunds will be made. The same applies to packages that are lost or damaged during shipping, in which case we will refund what the insurance covers. However, we will do our best to recover your lost or damaged package and claim for insurance by submitting a missing parcel investigation on our end. All orders, especially pre-orders from the official retailers, will involve a certain amount of wait time. We are not be able to speculate the release date from the official retailers if they have nor determined a release date yet. It may take any time from a few months up to half a year for the goods to reach me. I will try to expedite the process to the best of my abilities, but please do not purchase if you are uncomfortable with long waits. Please note that minors should not purchase from this webstore.
