Please note that as I am a GO manager and a proxy, and this is not a full-time business or official store, items ordered through me will have an extensive wait time before I'm able to package and send them out. The wait can last from 1 to 3 months from when the official store ships the items out to my warehouse.
This payment is the first transaction. Shipping invoice will be sent when item is ready to be shipped out. A second transaction is needed before order completion.
Should you purchase and the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund excluding any fee PayPal may incur. You may also use the balance toward future orders/shipping.
Please understand that I do not cap my order limits and therefore, I do receive quite a lot of orders. The wait will be long, extensive and, at times, agonizing. I do not respond well to impatience and rude comments, so please bear with me. I promise to be active, and I'm always working toward new ways to speed the process up.
If you are purchasing a book, please keep in mind that books are heavy, so shipping will be expensive. Please expect shipping fees to be over the amount of the book or book set itself. Second transaction will include the following: shipping fee of your goods from CN to me in TW, international shipping fee from me to you, handling fee of 8% for packaging material, warehouse rental fees, etc.
Sometimes, shipping payment will be pre-collected, which means that when you make your shipping payment, your parcel is still at my China warehouse. After shipping payment is made, I will arrange it back to me in Taiwan, pack it and send it out. This is so that I won't have parcels sitting around my home taking up space. It makes the process faster and I'm able to leave space for those who need consolidation. Due to this reason, there will be substantial wait time from 4-6 weeks in between your shipping payment and your parcel being sent out.
Most, if not all, or your orders are being sent from the retailer to my China or Japan warehouse, then from the warehouse to me. There will be default damages that I am, unfortunately, unable to account for. Damage heavily depends on how well the original retailer packages the parcel. Once it gets to me, I promise to pack it nicely and with care if they haven't been packaged properly. However, I am unable to compensate for any default damages caused during travel, whether from the warehouse to me, or from me to you. If you are a perfectionist who cannot stand any default damages on your items, please do not order.
